Salon Policies
Your time spent with Bei Capelli Hair Studio should be one of relaxation and comfort. In order to help maintain and provide our clients and staff with a relaxing and worry-free experience, we ask that you respectfully adhere to our salon policies. We thank you for your cooperation!
Cancellation / No-Show Policy:
We ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice of cancellation for your appointment. After two cancellations / no shows with less than 24 hour notice, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to schedule any further appointments.
Gift Card Policy:
No refunds will be given for gift card purchases. All sales are final.
Retail Refund Policy:
We stand behind all of our retail merchandise. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds will be to the original form of payment. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Service Performance Policy:
1. We offer a 7-day performance policy on hair services. We will adjust any hair service you received within one week from the original appointment, with the original stylist.

2. We offer a 2-day performance policy on hard wax services. If we failed to remove all unwanted hair while performing a service, we'll gladly touch up the originally serviced area, within 2 calendar days of the original appointment.
Minor Policy:
We ask that a parent accompany any minor having services done in the salon to ensure that both the minor and the parents are satisfied with the outcome and price of the service.
