Salon Policies

Your time spent with Bei Capelli Hair Studio should be one of relaxation and comfort. In order to help maintain and provide our clients and staff with a relaxing and worry-free experience, we ask that you respectfully adhere to our salon policies. We thank you for your cooperation!

Cancellation / No-Show Policy:

We ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice of cancellation for your appointment. After two cancellations / no shows with less than 24 hour notice, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to schedule any further appointments. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Return Policy:

We stand behind all of our retail merchandise. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days of purchase for full refund. Refunds will be to the original form of payment. Receipt or proof of purchase is required. Refunds will not be given for Gift Cards.

Performance Policy:

We offer a 2-day performance policy on hard wax services. If we failed to remove all unwanted hair while performing a service, we'll gladly touch up the originally serviced area, within 2 calendar days of the original service date, at no charge!

Minor Policy:

We ask that a parent accompany any minor having services done in the salon to ensure that both the minor and the parents are satisfied with the outcome and price of the service.
