Cancellation Policy: We ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice of cancellation for your appointment. After two cancellations or no shows with less than 24 hour notice, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to schedule any further appointments. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. *Prices reflect 2024 and are subject to change, depending on amount of product needed.

Service Performance Policy: We offer a 7-day performance policy on hair services. We will adjust any hair service you received within one week from the original appointment, with the original stylist.
