Cancellation Policy: We ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice of cancellation for your appointment. After two cancellations / no shows with less than 24 hour notice, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to schedule any further appointments. Performance Policy: We offer a 2-day performance policy on hard wax services. If we failed to remove all unwanted hair while performing a service, we'll gladly touch up the originally serviced area, within 2 calendar days of the original service date, at no charge!
